so I bring Aden to Brandon school so there both can have a profession photo shot
Brandon already wanted me to bring Aden to his school to show off to his class mate

no sleep my blood pressure is high I am so sure
so I take my drug cos I can feel very bad headache
my sis in law also come but she didn't stay long
well ! I think she come is not really visit my Aden or us
she come is to visit my IN LAW .
cos she arrive in a hour and she got to rush to go out shopping with my MIL and Steph
then when she come back I thought she will be have diner with us
but she got to go .... ADEN I think only spend about 20 min with her for the whole half a day !"
one funny thing about her is .....
she send me a text this morning

CHOCOLATE CHIFFON CAKE

CHOCOLATE CHIFFON CAKE
I have been baking Panda chiffon cake all the time
and thought kid love chocolate so much give a try not to use panda and use coco powder
so here my Chocolate chiffon cake .
as result .........

OLIVER say ..... He think this cake is Better than panda but if I add strawberry
to make a Panda strawberry creamy chiffon cake then that is the BEST for his taste.

BRANDON say ...... He think the PANDA Chiffon still the Best , he love the taste of the green .

I give you the recipe you give a try
wat u like the most !

the ingredient of mine is to bake 2 chiffon cake as the above side of the cake .





Ingredient : A
10 egg york
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of self rising flour
2 tbsp of coco power add into the flour to make it to one cup and *sifted* ready to use .

Ingredient :B
10 egg White
1 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar
1/2 cup of sugar


Method
whisk egg white into soft peak add the sugar in slowly then add in the cream of tartar
and whisk until stiff when u turn the bowl up side down and the egg white don't full down .
then whisk all the ingredient A in another bowl
and
fold ingredient A into the egg white
make sure it all fold in well
Bake in the oven for 160 *
gas mark 4
for 35 /40 min

the above ingredient is to make 2 cake as above !

finish with
melt milk chocolate and apply on the top of the chiffon cake
serve with cup of coffer or English tea !

I don't know why ? boring ? Yes I do feel so bore and lazy and hate to do anything other then babysit this little one .........
I know I should go out walk or visit friend but I don't know wat is going on with me
I just feel so tire and don't wat to do anything , even I had promise to see my friend had coffer with them but
I will make some reason not to go , the only thing I do everyday nearly the same

Breastfeeding , bath Aden watch TV , cook diner , cleaning the house
weekend or evening bake some cake for my 3 kids
cos they love cake buy is too expensive
especially now a day the food cost so high
I just order my grocery yesterday from Tesco and will deliver today
it cost me £165 that normally is will only cost me £100
everything seem to go up and up and not down .
ppl around us is worry to get lay out from work !
is soooo depress every way
every day turn on the NEWS
same thing ...... Global financial crisis
I wonder wat make it so bad .....
where all the money gone ?
how come BANK will lost all the money ?

I sometime wonder still wonder !!!!
wat have I done to myself but when I look at this little baby boy
my heart melt I do love him every bit same as all my other kiddo .

Since Aden born I haven't been out the house alone with him much .
also I just feel my life is no longer mine anymore
I don't have time for myself even eat ...
I use to bake and cook so much now I just so lazy and not bother at all
I will wait until the last min only go to the kitchen to do a fast and easy dish ,
also I get so angry all the time , life just no life I feel all the time , even when I wake up in the morning I so wish to go out to walk around the shop ....
but
when I think of all the trouble I got to do to pack baby thing milk car set etc ....
holy I rather to stay at home and not go anyway ,I get so angry when I see my house a big mess
after I just clear up in the afternoon be4 kids come back from skol ,just feel angry and tire all the time ,I sooo wish I don't have to go throughout all
Especially every night got to have a go at steph ...and angry with her in big time
she is getting to be a BITCH everyday ,
she will go on the net all the time and when we say something to her ,she will talk back that make me so cross ..... someday I just feel like walk out the house and never turn back , I am so useless can't control my kids wat the point to be here !

wHEN YOU THINK .....
All this time we look after them warm them love them ....
once there grown up there turn into a monter to us ... wat the point !
