Taglitelle in mince beef bolognese V Tagliatelle in creamy mushroom .

Tagliatelle in creamy mushroom with peas and spinach .

this diner I cook for those special diet kids at work , is really easy to make and there enjoy eating them too . use chop up mushroom , onion ,cook those mushroom and onion in olive oil add some pepper and when it lightly brown add in some plain flour make it into a smooth paste add in milk to make into a thick white sauce , tagliatelle put in boiling hot water and leave to stay for 20min add in peas and spinach and drain water mix with the white mushroom sauce .....waaaaala all done serve ...........

This meal I cook for kids are normally eat everything to anything no diet in need ........

use mince beef fry with lot of chop onion and 3 clove of garlic until all those mince light brown ,add in mushroom and one tin of chop tomato add in dry herb bay leave ,oregano , basil and marjoram add a table spoon of tom puree and leave it to cook for one hour ..........then when it nearly ready add in spinach not over cook the spinach salt and pepper to test . serve with cook tagliatelle and if you can put up wih grattugiato chees then top it up , as for me it's not my cup of tea I stay away from that ...........

Alamak.. I just remembered, I was aupposed to make sambal belacan today. Now too late, the other half is sleeping. If I start the blender, he will wake up. :D

Hello Pearly, Wa, you going Italian now, huh?
Looks delicious.
But me...I don't eat spaggetti, pizza or sushi. My wife say, 'bodoh, orang kampong, so Ulu', ha ha.
But put poh pia, hum choy pai kuat tong, har mee, or curry laksa, I go nuts.
By the way Pearly, your kids and Derek makan durian?
My Malaysian friend's children here will chabut outof the house when father buys durians...they give x'cuse go friends house, ha ha. Father says, 'bodoh', then phones me to come over help him finish the durians. Ha ha.

Wow Pearly, ur kids in the childcare are so lucky! I dont remember seeing such good food serve in childcare centres back home hehehe..always those simple to make, beehoon or noodles..no such luck to hv italian food even!

our childcare have a specaily to make menu for all those kids and there got to pay sky hight feed too .
I use to work in other nursery too theregive me very small amount money to buy food to cook for those kids I hate it , now I really enjoy every mon of my work cos my company give me a lot of ££ to spend on food for our nursery kids .
