I got this at the shop after read aiyoh nonya blog one time she was cooing this i haven't had for long time so I thought I will cook this so I bought it but I don't know wat this call in English I take the seed out and dry it and give those seed to my friend to grown he had a green finger but he ask me wat this call I have no idea so I tell him I will ask for help those my blogger friend there will know ....................please help me my dear frind .
Here is wat I cook with my leave over chicken wing I don't have black bean so I cook it with chili bean ,I eat for 2 days alone, cos none of my hubby and kids will try , thank god cost I can enjoy all by myself hahahh .

Hi Pearly, yes, its bitter gourd. It is a very good, healthy vegetable to eat, lots of iron. Makes you strong like a lion, ha ha.
My wife just cooked it last week as we love it. Stirfry with udang. Very nice.

Pearly, yes, it's bitter gourd and I loved it. I got it once from the chinese restaurant hubby almost puke! I don't know how to cook it, so have to go to the restaurant. :(

nonya have cook it be4 she cook it so yummy I look at it make me wated to eat that why I cook lor , I cook with chilli bean half the other half I will fry with egg just fry it simple and nice when you cook the whole piece like me I will put iit in boil water for 5 min and then fry it with black bean or steam with rib you just put everything together I guess then will be very soft the bitter gourd

ya..bitter gourd..i hate it..but it's good for health... when i'm pregnant my mil boil it with chicken for me..damn nice...but i just dun like to eat..just the soup ok la...:-)
