As I know my babe sister very well , she is a asam laksa Queen also myself really craving for laksa for sometime so since Wendy is coming down I will cook something she love it , so the above is the laksa I have cook early this morning with one fresh pineapple and asam boil in water and dry chili also add some dry laksa herbs make by my dad and send over from Malaysia , and lot of onion I blend it fine cook for 3 hour add some fish ball make it just like the IPOH ASAM LAKSA not PENANG one heheeh.
I am from IPOH so I make IPOH LAKSA lor ..........mmyummy .... the whole meal cost is about £10 but there wen Jon myself and also I take away for my best friend Evelyn who from Sarawak and another girlfriend from Sarawak too and still I can have some tomorrow , cheap cheap la .
the other day I went to Oriental city I order penang laksa and cost me £4.50 a bowl OMG now I can eat 3 to 4 bowl heheheh cost me less .
I am a happy women today I bet same to my babe sister WEN WEN too .xxxxx

ya la! I add pinapple in it normaly I will blend it find with the onian to cook it and leave some for eatting with those cucumber and raw onion but some reason I can't blend it in , so I just boil it together lor jus thave the fev lor but still ok la can't eat la not asam enougth lor but I bet today will be very gud after a day .

P/s I call it Ipoh asam laksa is becos I have add Fish ball in it , if Penang laksa there don't have fish ball cos in perak we like to put fish ball ,fish cake or chilly fish ball in our laksa that why I call it IPOH laksa hahhahaha

Three of my Malaysian friends sons married other Asian country girls and they don't even eat chillies and run out like house on fire if smell sambal belachan. Ha ha.

I have not taste Ipoh laksa yet! But so far I still like Sarawak laksa! Oh if u still have bitter gourd, u can cut it into section take out the inner stuff like seed & then u can stuff mince meat into the ring then boil the bitter gourd rings stuff with meat as soup! Nice taste & have 'cooling' properties! So if u r on 'heat' u can have this to 'cool' u down! BTW tq for dropping at my site! Have a nice day!

Laksa is always my fav. I don't fancy the lemak ones, but this sourish one is still the best. Your's with those fishballs looks awesome. Can you "beam" some over?? :)

heeee this is name by ME *pearly ipoh laksa * cos in my time at home everytime I eat laksa I must ask them to add fish ball la meat ball la everything in mmmm yummy , so when I cook my penang laksa I add fish ball it turn to ipoh LAKSA LOR HAHAH
