Easy make .......... Mango Meringue

This Low fat DESSERTS
Very easy to make and only take you an hour
you need

3 egg white
6oz / 1 cup of caster sugar
1 tsp of malt vinegar
1tsp of cornflour

mango whole chop into small cube
1tin of whip cream 300ml
300ml of any yogurt "option"
I use below Dr Oetker mango and passion fruit papaya
cos I just had this for my breakfast .

Pre heart oven 160*/325f /gas3
non stick baking paper on a baking tray

whisk egg white in a clear grease free bowl until stiff
add caster sugar in 1tbsp each time whisk well
until the bowl can turn it up side down and egg white still can stay in the bowl
then addin the vinegar and cornflour and fold in well

Spoon the meringue into the baking paper , circle it also leaving the center hollow
and bake for around 45 min to an hour
turn off the oven left meringue to stay in the oven
with the oven door slightly open until it cold

you cut the mango into cube
add in yogurt
whip the whip cream into soft stiff
bring out the meringue
and add in mango and whip cream
wooooo la
here you got a lovely yummy pudding for the night:)

it goes well
all gone now
kids just love it
it easy to make and low in fat

I am on a strict diet!! heheh. Resolution for 2009 mah.....Actually I am also lazy, to be honest. However it is so tempting..yum yum.

It very easy and save time too .
have a try . you can bake 2 meringue and save one in a air tight tin and you can also use Strawberry if no mango and just add the whip cream on top on the strawberry without yogurt also yummy.

this is the best pudding like I say to Dawn you can keep one for the next time it only take you one hour not even one hour only waiting to bake it take one hour when you finish prepare it only take u around 20 min to whip the egg white then slowly bake in the oven .for one hour then when it cool you whip cream and add any kind of fruit in it and also can add ice cream too .
