CHOCOLATE CHIFFON CAKE
I have been baking Panda chiffon cake all the time
and thought kid love chocolate so much give a try not to use panda and use coco powder
so here my Chocolate chiffon cake .
as result .........

OLIVER say ..... He think this cake is Better than panda but if I add strawberry
to make a Panda strawberry creamy chiffon cake then that is the BEST for his taste.
BRANDON say ...... He think the PANDA Chiffon still the Best , he love the taste of the green .

the ingredient of mine is to bake 2 chiffon cake as the above side of the cake .
Ingredient : A
10 egg york
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of self rising flour
2 tbsp of coco power add into the flour to make it to one cup and *sifted* ready to use .
Ingredient :B
10 egg White
1 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar
1/2 cup of sugar
Method
whisk egg white into soft peak add the sugar in slowly then add in the cream of tartar
and whisk until stiff when u turn the bowl up side down and the egg white don't full down .
then whisk all the ingredient A in another bowl
and
fold ingredient A into the egg white
make sure it all fold in well
Bake in the oven for 160 *
gas mark 4
for 35 /40 min
the above ingredient is to make 2 cake as above !
finish with
melt milk chocolate and apply on the top of the chiffon cake
serve with cup of coffer or English tea !
