STRAWBERRY PANDAN CHIFFON CAKE WITH WHIPPING CREAM .... LOOK HORRIBLE BUT test ... OK la I guess

Derek been shopping and got lot of strawberry and no one been eating them so ........
I try to bake a PANDAN CHIFFON .

PANDAN cake come out a little GREEN :( I know
I accident add too much pandan on it .......
but it turn out not bad cos oliver say is test good .

I mix the strawberry with whipping cream and apply it on to laying it

it look like this .... yes ..I know look horrible Shame on myself la .

then I apply anothere layer of whipp cream on the top and add more strawberry ..

it turn out ok la ...for a preg women staying at home nothing to do .. sleep whole day and wake whole night ,, kids on holiday and there love chiffon cake so ... mummy just use 1 hours and make them..... cake
kids happy mummy also happy for them :)

surprise to know Shakespeare home is in the main center
I been here 3 time only this time I find the place .

yesterday Sunday is a day there stay with us there are lovely kids and love to visit around England and there only stay with us for 10 days , also we have a lovely sunny day so Derek say bring them out for a visit after all we havn't been back to Stratford-Upon-Avon for a very long time we went there on our 10 years wedding anniversary , we supose to stay over night there but when we fine out we got to pay £200 per night for the Hotel ....... we jut have a afternoon there and we went to othere place for a night stay ..:)
yesterday return we find out more about shakespeare .... and his family ..... tree ...
it will be more picture to come ....
but so far here for now..
must go and change I have appointment to scar the baby today .... will be more ,, news ok xxxxxxxxx

I have a very busy week last week whole week
WEN and JON and Darling Beatrix come on week be4 Sat
bring aunt Penny down to our home
cos Aunt Penny meet up her friend in Leic pretty near me.
she stay in leic for2 night and she come back to me .

My busy week start even the weather is not very nice the whole week
from Tuesday to Friday is Grey/ sunny /rain the whole time
but
it don't stop us to go down town to shop
so we shop till we drop .....
SALE every way ...... from Clark to top men... top shop..... Wallis ...Even. H&M..........50% to 75%

she did well on the boot sale,,,, Even and in Clark too * cos I get staff price in Clark *

During her stay we also went to eat Malaysian food and go dim sam
and kay poo here and there
very busy ,,,
normally my daily live is pretty boring I wake up.... do up the breakfast for kids and hubby

then go back to sleep or do some house work .

I have got my MIL and SIL
staying from sat and Sunday
then Sunday I have got my brother in law and his family
come down for visit

Polish Goulash ...............for beef lover ...................

As usual of me TESCO value product
I use 2 pack of value tesco stewing beef
£3.05 per pack
because I need to feed
5 kids and 2 adult

6 potato cut in cube
2 carrot in cube
3 red onion fine chop
a small bowl of sweet corn
3 fresh tomato
one cube of beef stock and one cube of chicken stock
one tin of plum tomato
a teaspoon of tomato puree
2 teaspoon or paprika powder
salt and pepper
one teaspoon of hot chill powder
*option .....
Can add bell pepper or sweet red pepper .

to make it hot
but my kids don't like any pepper
also at the moment I had
Chinese student
staying with me and there only 11 years old can't eat anything hot .






cooking time around 2and a half hours
fry the onion brown add the beef * beef have mix with salt and plan flour *
beef brown
add 4 bay leaf and tom puree
beef and chicken stock cube

then a tin of plum tom
stew for hour and a half
then add in potato and carrot and sweet corn
carry on stew for another hour until meat is tender
ready boil rice

add 4 small cube of butter
to
make the sauce creamy




DINER IS READY TO SERVE

Derek having 2 plate full
he say is nice but I think is he is too hungry
cos haven't had lunch whole day :)

Now a day anything I can cook in 30 min ...
it will do for me ..............

the below diner cook in 30min
boil egg in 7 min
then
wash and cook the rice

cut some red onion ring
1kg of prawn *
cos my kids love prawn sooo I put in 1 kg *


stir fry the onion ring
and
add prawn in fry a bit

but if it does
my kids can't enjoy it .
