ANNIE MY VERY DEAR FRIEND
WHO WE KNOW FOR 20 YEARS
as a friend she is the best of the best we knew for long time
she will stand by me if I am not happy ,she will run around for me with no complain
becos she always say we are Best pal * no court one *
each time we return to Malaysia for a visit
she will come to pick us up from the airport and bring us back to airport too,
even we stay in KL she in PJ we leave early in the morning like 5am
the last time we went back for my sis wedding specially , I though not to bother Annie,
so I ask my sis can she pick us up at the airport and my sis and her hubby said to me ...* you can get a tax at the airport, it only cost around Rm160 is not a lot to pay for :( * that is wat a family are for!* so Derek say is OK we book a tax when we are there .
But when Annie call me ask me wat my plan when I am back, need help or anything or stay with her , she say her home got lot of place to stay and not a problem to put 5 of us up
and I say is OK we are plan to stay in the hotel is better for the Kids and us for shopping at downtown, then she ask me how you get to the hotel, I say... well! will get a taxi cos my sis and hubby say is too trouble for them to pick us up and taxi only cost so little ,
she was really surprise wat my sis and hubby will say such a thing
she say to me ...
I WILL PICK YOU ALL UP OK .
also is too early to check in to FEDERAL HOTEL WHEN WE ARRIVE
SHE SAY, GO BACK TO MY HOME TO REST AND HAVE LUNCH THEN I WILL BRING U ALL TO CHECK IN AT 1PM
THAT IS ANNIE FOR U
NOT ONLY THIS run around pick us up drop us off with no complain
she even come to the hotel to pick up all my laundry home
for her maid to wash up and iron tidy bring back to me every 2 day .

someone say about me on her post .... how my relatives treat me during I am back home this Chinese New year and my return to them it to spike on them , I am not the FIRE STARTED .
also I just doing my daughter job to say wat I think is wrong for wat the Fire started had say and
been a Double standard of her and then the whole family point a finger back to me .... incl my very own family ..... I wish to say.... and wat I wat to say....wat is not fair to my parent and I don't think I am wrong to protect my parent,
one of a blogger had say... is a free world of blogger and is your blog you can write whatever you like , but also must remember also a free world to give comment too

also this trip back home
I didn't trouble my relative and most of my time I spend with my parent and ANNIE home
and the only night I stay with my relative becos my mum say she need to go to their home to help my aunt to pray and also as a family member , I though just to spend a night with them since my mum want me to , honestly I rather to be with my friend then with my... so call family cos I hate to trouble anyone of them , if there give I'll also return it back ,I am a kind of women who will not just take and not give, also I am not a * dog eye * please with ppl with money look down on ppl who are POOR .
But I must say this trip back to Malaysia
the only ppl I own a lot and I can't never
give it back .......

QUICHE FOR LUNCH ......... and diner yesterday bake by Derek

Quiche U can eat hot with salad or boil new potato
or
cold with salad

Derek is into cook now a day
he say get ready for me when baby born
he can help to cook diner
so this above quiche is bake by him and make by him
I teach him how to make the pastry and the rest he learn from web
kids love it
this is his second time bake
not bad at all

he bake 3
2 for diner yesterday with mash
and today we have it
FOR LUNCH

Ingredients - Serves 4 to 6

Pastry
6oz (150g) plain flour
3oz (75g) margarine
3 tablespoons cold water
pinch of salt

Filling
1 small head broccoli
4oz (100g) mushrooms
1 red pepper
½ onion
1 teaspoon marjoram or oregano
1 teaspoon basil
4 eggs
½ pint (300ml) milk
8oz (225g) cheese
salt and pepper
olive oil

you can add anything u like from bacon ham or chicken etc......

Method

• Mix the flour and salt in a suitable bowl. Cut the margarine into small pieces and rub into the flour with finger-tips until it takes on the texture of breadcrumbs. Add the water a little at a time and knead lightly into a pliable but not sticky dough. Let it stand for 30 minutes in the fridge before using, if you have the time.
• Pre heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
• On a floured surface roll out the pastry thinly and cover an 8 inch flan dish or ring with it, making sure to bring it up the sides and work it well into the corner between base and side so as not to get a thick seam. Prick the base with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
• Meanwhile make the filling.
• Peel and slice the onion and sauté it gently in a little olive oil.
• Wash and slice the mush room and wash and cut the broccoli into small florets. When the onions begin to soften add the mushroom and broccoli and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
• Break the eggs into a bowl, beat them well then add the milk and the herbs and beat together.
• Put the vegetable filling in the flan dish and add the egg mixture. Cover with cheese and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the filling has set and the top turned a nice golden brown.
• You can of course eat the flan hot or cold, it is equally delicious either way. The basic mixture can be varied to suit whatever vegetables you have to hand, within reason of course, turnip would probably be an acquired taste. Spinach is a favorite, and you can use broccoli, pepper and mushroom on their own, so for a party for example you could create four separate flans out of the one basic recipe without any problem.

Quiche Lorraine is perhaps the most common variety. In addition to the eggs and cream, it includes bacon or lardons. Cheese is not an ingredient of the original Lorraine recipe, as Julia Child informed Americans: "The classic quiche Lorraine contains heavy cream, eggs and bacon, no cheese."^[1] though most contemporary quiche recipes include Gruyère cheese , making a quiche au gruyère or a quiche vosgienne. The addition of onion to quiche Lorraine makes quiche alsacienne. In other parts of Europe it is called "Zhulienne."

The word quiche is derived from the Lorraine Franconian dialect of the German language historically spoken in much of the region, where German Kuchen, "cake", was altered first to "küche". Typical Allemanic changes unrounded the ü and shifted the palatal "ch" to the spirant "sh", resulting in "kische", which in standard French orthography became spelled quiche^[2].

In the United Kingdom, until the 1980s, quiches were almost invariably referred to as "flans". However, this term has now become almost completely obsolete when referring to savoury dishes.

I didn't eat a lone ,I invite my best friend Evelyn to join me for lunch,
she is a very good friend of mine ,the day I move to Northampton from London,
she always there to help me and I will do my best to return help
but we don't see each other that much ,cos I am working all the time.
so this week since I am on sick leave and bore, I have been cooking lot of lunch to diner,
I invite her to join me or *tat poi " take away for her :)
she love food but not good in cook
so if she hear I am cooking she will be so happy to join me :)
so we do enjoy our lunch together and she is so happy too .
as for my baby......
it does enjoy lovely lunch /breakfast too cos it very happy to ZZZZZZZ

I closed down my PC had nothing to do anymore

baby kicking to say *I am very hungry mummy *
so I went in to the kitchen look into my fright

The Trevi Fountain (Italian: Fontana di Trevi)^[1] is the largest — standing 25.9 meters (85 feet) high and 19.8 meters (65 feet) wide — and most ambitious of the Baroque fountains of Rome. It is located in the rione of Trevi.

Coin throwing

A traditional legend holds that if visitors throw a coin into the fountain, they are ensured a return to Rome. Among those who are unaware that the "three coins" of Three Coins in the Fountain were thrown by three different individuals, a reported current interpretation is that two coins will ensure a marriage will occur soon, while three coins leads to a divorce. A reported current version of this legend is that it is lucky to throw three coins with one's right hand over one's left shoulder into the Trevi Fountain.

Approximately 3,000 Euros are thrown into the fountain each day and are collected at night. The money has been used to subsidize a supermarket for Rome's needy. However, there are regular attempts to steal coins from the fountain, including some using a magnetized pole.
