CAN'T SLEEP ........

Well Is 4.30am in the morning now ,I wake up at 3 am and start to do house work put up the laundry and check on Aden , then try to get back to sleep but just can't get to sleep . my heard is full of thing , so many thing happen to me with my family my sister and my self problem ect ..............,

Also after next week will be back to work and been off for few mouths, I get worry I can't coupe with baby and work and more work , cos by the end of Feb, I also got to help one of my girl friend *who going back to Malaysia for holiday * work for 4 night a week at the restaurant , I am worry I can't work as good as wat I use to be and also now a day I get tire all the time , plus lost lot of weight after give birth to Aden I am now 53 kg , Before I pregnant I was 58kg ,lost the mood of eating too same day I only eat one meal a day , food go into my mouths I just feel I want to sick out , some night I just wake up and can't get back to sleep like now , lot of thing on my mind , lot of thinking to do ......


House is a bit empty today , cos steph went away to Spain with her Grand NANA and aunt JO and aunt Suzie for weekend holiday , this is her first time go away as a big girl without us , she send me a text and tell me ,she safely arrive and she enjoy for the shopping trip and she love the Spanish ppl life style she also say Spanish's have good test of their cloth , I do hope she enjoy and will learn lot on this trip to grown up a bit too.
this trip is a treat from her NANA to her , kind of miss her a bit without her around , do feel a bit different when she is not around .
Gosh! only One day she's away , she and JO leave home yesterday at 4 am in the morning, Derek bring them to the airport at 4 am and went to work , is a very long day for Derek too , he's out from 4 am and return at 7pm , I am so worry he will over tire and fall a sleep on the road when he driving, it happen before a few time , it really WORRY ME in big time EVERY TIME HE COME BACK AND TELL ME ...... *HE FULL A SLEEP* .

Now .... I am lost .....I don't know wat I want to write , I have so many to write when I lye in bed but when I get up now I don't know wat to write .

Aden now can turn and he getting very cheeky too , when I angry with him he know also he will return a cheeky smile back to me , time really go fast , he already 5 mouths plus .

I don't know wat to write now , I think is time to get back to bed try to sleep if I can .

Have a lovely weekend ..... I hope ..... got to baby sit for my friend this morning another she will drop her son off at 10 am ,cos she need to go to work no one look after her son , so he is coming to play with Brandon one of Brandon friend , mum will collect him at 6 pm :(

I remember the first tiem I visit the caster is when my childhood best friend
Soon yen and her family come to visit on 1997 dec
I bring them to visit this place and is so cold but we had a great time
then the second time
Derek bring me Brandon and 3 Chinese student
to visit but we arrive lated only get in the front of the gate cos is closed tiem unless we want to stay for night visit

STORY ABOUT THIS CASTER
Warwick Castle was built on the orders of William the Conqueror in 1068 as part of a defensive chain of castles established to maintain power in his new territories. It is possible that some kind of defensive structure existed on the site in the early tenth century or before belonging to Ethelfleda, the daughter of Alfred the Great, The castle has been remodelled and strengthened over the years to the point we see it today. The first castle consisted of a huge mound of earth topped with a wooden fort. To the north of the mound was the bailey surrounded by a ditch and wooden palisade. The castle was positioned by the side of the River Avon which gave protection to the castle on that side. Over the centuries the castle became an important seat of power and was the home for the Earls of Warwick who played an important role in shaping the history of England. Richard Neville, Earl of Warwick was known as the 'Kingmaker' for his involvement in bringing Edward IV to the throne. The castle is now owned by the Tussaud Group and is possibly the best castle to visit in Britain due to the wide range of events and attractions that can be seen.

Easy make .......... Mango Meringue

This Low fat DESSERTS
Very easy to make and only take you an hour
you need

3 egg white
6oz / 1 cup of caster sugar
1 tsp of malt vinegar
1tsp of cornflour


topping
mango whole chop into small cube
1tin of whip cream 300ml
300ml of any yogurt "option"
I use below Dr Oetker mango and passion fruit papaya
cos I just had this for my breakfast .

Pre heart oven 160*/325f /gas3
non stick baking paper on a baking tray

then
whisk egg white in a clear grease free bowl until stiff
add caster sugar in 1tbsp each time whisk well
until the bowl can turn it up side down and egg white still can stay in the bowl
then addin the vinegar and cornflour and fold in well

then
Spoon the meringue into the baking paper , circle it also leaving the center hollow
and bake for around 45 min to an hour
turn off the oven left meringue to stay in the oven
with the oven door slightly open until it cold


then
you cut the mango into cube
add in yogurt
whip the whip cream into soft stiff
bring out the meringue
and add in mango and whip cream
wooooo la
here you got a lovely yummy pudding for the night:)

it goes well
all gone now
kids just love it
it easy to make and low in fat
have try

is Aden first xmas



Here
is Christmas cake

hubby
not bad at all
very lovely with a cup of English tea

little one had enjoy his first xmas with his brother and sister

this my 7lbturkey
we had it on the day then even we use the bone and leave over to make a
turkey soup
on boxing day
we had visitor come
is JO and josh
come for visit I use the leave over roast beef to make a curry
and turkey meat to cook noddle to make a meal
but still have lot of turkey left
yesterday I use up the froze up turkey to make
asam padan turkey curry :P
well
after all those turkey meal we had
we smell like a turkey now:P

OH MY GOD ..... Christmas eve .....

Christmas eve is a very busy day for me and the whole family
wake up early in the morning rush up to tesco to get
our turkey , beef and gammon
well very lucky we went in early there only 18 turkey left
gosh everything gone
we get all thing we need for Christmas
then rush back to clear up the house
as for me busy with Aden and the same time got to get ready diner for today
we having roast beef

VIRUS FLU ....... ONE AFTER ANOTHER .......

SO SORRY I didn't get to reply to each of my dear friend flu had catch up with my family.
Aden got it then Brandon having high fever and now cough ,
Aden a bit better can take in more milk but still cough badly and sometime vomit out all the milk .
Brandon have 2 days high fever and recover and go back to school yesterday .
he had a skol party yesterday ,
he don't know he went to school at 8.15am and return in 10 min and tell me I got to bake mini cup cake cos is skol party so .....:(
yesterday is my terrible day sleepless night then got up 7am, becos Aden now a day wanted to watch tv when he wake in the morning, bring him down to the living room so he can join his brother to watch tv .
all gone to skol and I start to bake cake at 9am and finish by 10am and get ready to brign all those cup to skol for Brandon party .
then when steph came back from skol she tell me she is not well too !

all got it now,
so today she not go to skol and Derek also not very well .....
next will be me or oliver

this weekend got to go to visit my brother in law Adrew and mum in law and steve and we all have flu ...

Poor Aden he been wake every 2 hour and cry and cry
cos his noise is block and cough
can't get milk in cos he can't take it with a block noise
so I give him 2oz every 2hour
have sleepless night and need to sleep in the living room with him cos I would n't want to wake up hubby
cos his work got to drive long hour so let him have his rest
me and Aden sleep in the living room and I got to cuddle him
to sleep up right so he can breath in better .
his flu is all thank to one of my Freaking friend who herself is a NURSE holy f$£&*(&&^
we have a coffer morning last Wednesday at my best pal home ,, this friend is my best pal girlfriend she is poorly with a very bad flu virus and her daughter too .
there both come it and I a bit stay away cos I really don't want Aden to get the flu but she insist to give Aden a cuddle , I am LIKE this :@
I just pray and hope Aden wouldn't get the virus
but..........:(
he start not well on Monday morning .....
and today this morning he vomit all his milk out
and cry and cry
I am soooo tire I am so pissss off with my so call F£$%^@k friend .
each time I see my Aden cry and vomit out all the milk and cough and can't breath
I hope is me the one who had the Flu not him
POor little one
all my mistake should stop the stupid cow to cuddle him to start with .
just got to bring him to see DR today hope there can give him something today is weekend must get him see a Dr or els weekend kick in and no Dr around

becos is winter now
and so cold I hate to go out

ADEN do love so fresh air
sometime I push him out the garden in his pushchair
but some time he is very happy to just lying on top
of the sofa and view outside
he can stay like this for an hour
and talk to himself
he is a well funny baby .
he love to talk
especially he see his daddy
he can chat with his daddy long time
I think he more DADDY BOY !
