Easter BREAK at DEVON

YES ! DEVON ....... we love to go down to Devon
well long holidays break
we went to visit Mum and dad
and
meet up with all the brother and sister and little kids
I got to admit I do love Devon

so blue the sky and so green the field

so lucky we went on Friday afternoon
at our place is Grey and raining whole day ;(

when we arrive Devon the sky was Blue and sunny
that is wat I looking forward FOR :P

when we arrive to mum and dad home
it was already pass 6pm
we didn't go out just have diner at my In law home
then kids meet up with their cousin
Jamie and little beauty MILLY
she had grown up a lot the last see her so pretty too *sorry no picture of her .

the next day
we get up very early
WHY ???
Cos Aden get up early and wake us all up
so we bring him out for a walk for some fresh AIR

we drove around the country side
pass all those lovely field and see little young baby lamb

MY mother day gift on 22 march 2009 from my Beloved KIDS and HUBBY

Stephanie also very busy the week near mother day , she went and baby sit for 2 days ,
so she can buy me a lovely Orchard for mother days .
Oliver never go out to work but he save up his daily pocket money to buy me some chocolate.
on sat he went out with Stephanie to tesco to get me gift on his way home
he pick up some Daffodil give it to me he tell me he got no money to buy me gift SO he pick up some daffodil for me , hope I don''t mind , I told him , cos I don't is the thought court I tell him I know he had no money to buy is OK I love wat I get , then on the day mother day he give me chocolate and tell me he know I will think he give nothing hahah.:P but he did went out to get me something nice .

let me tell you WHY
on the day before mother day 22 of march 2009
he woke up early in the morning is sat around 10am he went out
on his own after breakfast , he tell me he got to go out to do some car wash .
I say OK .
around 11.am he come back with a small bunch of white lily is my fev flower
he give it to me and smile tell me is my early mother day gift , he just went and wash 2 car and get £5 so he can buy me some flower , I tell you my heart is so happy .....
then he also give me a card he make at school .is so lovely he tell me he wanted to buy me orchard which is my fev flower but he only get £5 and the shop selling Orchard is £21 . I tell him is OK I love lily too , I say to him I am very happy whatever he get me .
then he want out again for about 1 hour lated ............
He walk in with a bigger bunch of flower plus a small teddy and a big box of chocolate,
he tell me he went out to wash car and get pay £10 cos one of the car owner is so kind to him pay him £10 to just wash one car , he spend it all on me to get me more gift for mother day . I feel so love by my son , I tell you my heart .... I can't tell u How happy I feel .......

That mother day weekend , I am so busy is the last weekend I help my girlfriend to work in the restaurant, Henry ask me.. can I help on Friday sat and Sunday 3 days , I went home Derek say he would love to go out on Friday as a family for a family meal, it been a very long time since we went out as a whole family to restaurant .. so I call Henry and turn down the work on Friday .
I told hubby don't wast money on me on mother day have a lovely family meal out I am happy and to save money not to worry about gift, cos I don't want him to spend any cos he got to get his mum some flower on that day , also during mother day all those flower will be sky high .... also on Sunday *mother day* I am working .
SAT night I went to work and Stepha also went out to baby sit for my friend ENA , next thing is get a call from ENA she is poorly , need to admit to hospital , I told her not to worry I will pick her kids up after me finish work, at 11pm I finish my work and I rush to her home to pick up Stepha and her daughter bring them back to me , I look after her daughter over night and the next morning she call , she need some cloth ask me to get thing at her home , so I rush to her home to get thing for Ena bring to the hospital , at 12pm need to work at the restaurant ... gosh tell u is a very rush for me .....
I pick up some cloths from Ena home and bring back to my home cos need to pack her some food cos she is hungry arrive my driver .... I saw a big car drive up to me , a young boy jump out the car say to me ........ a delivering for Pearly xxxx .. I reply I am pearly
he say here some flower for you ...
My Jaw is drop......................... Who get me a big bunch of flower

WELL
is my hubby .....

HUBBY wasn't in when flower deliver
EARLY ........
he is angry /worry becos he book the flower and I am running around for my Friend like a headless chicken and work , he worry I wouldn't be around when ppl deliver those flower but ..... thank god I was there .
the thought of him didn't wast it .

Aden pretty face had return after all those horrible chix pox
he is now 6 mouths old
had grown up a lot
he love to play and also very good holding toy
now he had no problem to hold his milk bottle

Another loudsy week for me

well .... back to work already 2 weeks , the first week is killing me cos everything come up at the same time Aden got Chic pox then I find out I have not enough food to start my daily cooking on the first week becos my cover cook didn't order enough for me .
the next thing is my boss ask me to look into the food budges , again the cover cook over spend it and now in |REAL BIG RED .
I got to spend my home time to look at all the food price list and all the menu gosh ..... also all the sleepless night with Aden .
this week I get all the thing back to normal and my work is smooth Aden is getting better and pretty face had return thank god :P
then .... I got to work during weekend from Friday to Saturday night and Sunday afternoon . this week I don't have to work on Sat becos my MUM IN LAW come to visit us on Friday and on sat we all go to visit our big brother in law and his girlfriend .
well ... tell you want ... AGE is getting on to me ... I use to work few job lot of hour it don't make me tire ... now I tak boleh tahan anymore so tire .
On Friday first day return to work in the restaurant, Gosh ! all the walking and moving fast ect ...... by the night finish my feet is killing me, so tire and pain I can't get to sleep the whole night. so luck on sat I don't have to work if I do I die la. then on Sunday noon I went to work at 12pm until 4.30pm gosh my feet is so pain I come back I need to rub my feet with herb oil to stop the pain.
I need to help my friend to work in the restaurant for 4 weeks every Friday to Sunday ... I hope when I finish this 4 weeks I still a life :(

WAT A WEEK FOR ME THIS BLOODY WEEK

Monday .... 9Feb 2009 .
Aden first day to the Nursery with me , is heavy snow , my little noddy car is too small to drive around those thick snow .so hubby bring us to work and lucky no job for him afternoon all skol closed so my other 3 kids also stay at home with daddy .
Aden enjoy himself very much at the nursery everyone just give him lot of cuddle , then when I finish work hubby pick me up , then he say he is not happy Aden keep coughing must call DR . so we did , arrive DR and he check Aden and give him antibiotic I spot so,e pox around Aden . ask the Dr wat is this I haven't see this morning , Dr say is just a rash no worry ./
next day .... wake up early look at the window still very heavy snow and kids skol still closed hubby say will bring me to work and Aden . I change Aden and find more spot on him , still didn't get into me it may be chix pox ..

arrive to work drop off Aden in his baby room and next thing Helen Aden care nurse come into my kitchen say ... She think Aden had got Chic pox .....

it my second day work I have got tog of thing to do , I can't bring Aden home ,
I told my boss , I got to stay until work finish , there say tomorrow Aden can't come in
as for me I have lot of order to do and cooking I am sooooo mad , also tonight hubby will go away to London to stay over night for meeting , holy shhhhh

I call around lucky my friend Ena say to me is OK she can help me in the morning she don't have to go in to work until 11am so ......
on Wednesday I drop of Aden to Ena at 7am and go in to work early so I can finish on time .

next thing I got a text from hubby ...... oliver walk with steph to the bus stop this morning and full down and hurt himself in lot of pain . hubby is in London he get worry when he got the text I am at work can't get out ... I call Ena get her to check out for me cos hubby ask 2 kids to walk home not to go to skol .
Ena call me and say Oliy is ok now no worry she Will have them too . THANK GOD
so I just got to do my job as fast as I can .
I didn't get finish work until 12.30pm
then the next day ......
Aden still can't get into work with me I am really stuck ...!

Lucky Evelyn say she don't mind can have Aden for me so I wait until 8.30am drop off Aden to Evelyn and go into work until 3pm .
then I say to my boss I can't find any one on Friday to have Aden he got to come in with me to work . boss say ok thank god cos I really can't find anyone .. we don't have family stay around us, also there wouldn't come even we do ask .


I think all this year I am very very lucky I have got lot of good/ Best friend around me when I really need there are there for me ALWAYS .
I really got to say a BIG THANK TO THEM .... ALL THIS YEARS .ESPECIALLY EVELYN AND HER FAMILY when I need her.... she always give me a helping hand xxxxxthank my dear friend

Oh dear ..... snow storm arrive................................

....... ..... Stephanie suppose to come back from her Spain holiday today but snow is getting very Bad and lot of Airport closed and her flight had been cancel . there no flight for from Santiago tomorrow until Wednesday unless there add extra flight for tomorrow ...
so First time holiday away from us she had the flight cancel and stay another 2 more day :P

CAN'T SLEEP ........

Well Is 4.30am in the morning now ,I wake up at 3 am and start to do house work put up the laundry and check on Aden , then try to get back to sleep but just can't get to sleep . my heard is full of thing , so many thing happen to me with my family my sister and my self problem ect ..............,

Also after next week will be back to work and been off for few mouths, I get worry I can't coupe with baby and work and more work , cos by the end of Feb, I also got to help one of my girl friend *who going back to Malaysia for holiday * work for 4 night a week at the restaurant , I am worry I can't work as good as wat I use to be and also now a day I get tire all the time , plus lost lot of weight after give birth to Aden I am now 53 kg , Before I pregnant I was 58kg ,lost the mood of eating too same day I only eat one meal a day , food go into my mouths I just feel I want to sick out , some night I just wake up and can't get back to sleep like now , lot of thing on my mind , lot of thinking to do ......


House is a bit empty today , cos steph went away to Spain with her Grand NANA and aunt JO and aunt Suzie for weekend holiday , this is her first time go away as a big girl without us , she send me a text and tell me ,she safely arrive and she enjoy for the shopping trip and she love the Spanish ppl life style she also say Spanish's have good test of their cloth , I do hope she enjoy and will learn lot on this trip to grown up a bit too.
this trip is a treat from her NANA to her , kind of miss her a bit without her around , do feel a bit different when she is not around .
Gosh! only One day she's away , she and JO leave home yesterday at 4 am in the morning, Derek bring them to the airport at 4 am and went to work , is a very long day for Derek too , he's out from 4 am and return at 7pm , I am so worry he will over tire and fall a sleep on the road when he driving, it happen before a few time , it really WORRY ME in big time EVERY TIME HE COME BACK AND TELL ME ...... *HE FULL A SLEEP* .

Now .... I am lost .....I don't know wat I want to write , I have so many to write when I lye in bed but when I get up now I don't know wat to write .

Aden now can turn and he getting very cheeky too , when I angry with him he know also he will return a cheeky smile back to me , time really go fast , he already 5 mouths plus .

I don't know wat to write now , I think is time to get back to bed try to sleep if I can .

STORY ABOUT THIS CASTER
Warwick Castle was built on the orders of William the Conqueror in 1068 as part of a defensive chain of castles established to maintain power in his new territories. It is possible that some kind of defensive structure existed on the site in the early tenth century or before belonging to Ethelfleda, the daughter of Alfred the Great, The castle has been remodelled and strengthened over the years to the point we see it today. The first castle consisted of a huge mound of earth topped with a wooden fort. To the north of the mound was the bailey surrounded by a ditch and wooden palisade. The castle was positioned by the side of the River Avon which gave protection to the castle on that side. The wooden structure on top of the mound was replaced by a stone shell keep some of which can still be seen. The wooden palisade around the bailey has also been replaced by stone walls and towers. During the Baron's War Simon de Montfort's forces attacked and damaged the defenses. The Beauchamp family took possession of the castle shortly after and owned the castle for almost 200 years. In the late fourteenth century the several major changes were made to the castle including the great hall and domestic ranges, a water gate and improvements to the main gatehouse and the barbican infront of it. Over the centuries the castle became an important seat of power and was the home for the Earls of Warwick who played an important role in shaping the history of England. Richard Neville, Earl of Warwick was known as the 'Kingmaker' for his involvement in bringing Edward IV to the throne. The castle is now owned by the Tussaud Group and is possibly the best castle to visit in Britain due to the wide range of events and attractions that can be seen.

Easy make .......... Mango Meringue

This Low fat DESSERTS
Very easy to make and only take you an hour
you need

3 egg white
6oz / 1 cup of caster sugar
1 tsp of malt vinegar
1tsp of cornflour


topping
mango whole chop into small cube
1tin of whip cream 300ml
300ml of any yogurt "option"
I use below Dr Oetker mango and passion fruit papaya
cos I just had this for my breakfast .

Pre heart oven 160*/325f /gas3
non stick baking paper on a baking tray

then
whisk egg white in a clear grease free bowl until stiff
add caster sugar in 1tbsp each time whisk well
until the bowl can turn it up side down and egg white still can stay in the bowl
then addin the vinegar and cornflour and fold in well

then
Spoon the meringue into the baking paper , circle it also leaving the center hollow
and bake for around 45 min to an hour
turn off the oven left meringue to stay in the oven
with the oven door slightly open until it cold


then
you cut the mango into cube
add in yogurt
whip the whip cream into soft stiff
bring out the meringue
and add in mango and whip cream
wooooo la
here you got a lovely yummy pudding for the night:)
