NO MORE WESTERN GO FOR MALAYSIAN TONIGHT

wat can I call this ? the other day I was kay po to all blog , one of the blog mention about four season sambal bean , it click my mind .

I got a pack of patai got from oriental city from last week , also tesco was doing a reduce price bean I bought a pack of French fine bean , British green bean , and patai from Malaysia , cook with sambal dry prawn , I keep after I cook my nasi lemah with prawn , so wat can I call this dish ? Let call three country bean sambal king prawn .

I thought tonight I can't be lazy must cook something , cos yesterday too busy taxi all my kids from school back and bring Brandon and his 2 friends to the football training ,also busy kay po on the blog , by the time look at the clock about 6pm , Derek call back on his way home ,,I ask ,dear ... wat shall I cook for you tonight , ,,, he say ,, let have some take away when I am back ok no need to cook ,,, OK I say ,, just suit me very well too lazy ,Derek return and say no take away let go out for diner so ............... that it ,,......

Tonight must cook .

I only got a whole chicken ,,,, so this is wat I am doing , take the skin out from the chicken and cut the meat in pieces then left with the bone and the wing I put a pan of water add a bag of Chinese herb to boil soup . time was 5.30pm , I so kay po reading blog post forgot about the time now must rush rush , 2 boys don't like curry, so soup and prawn fry rice

chicken piece I fry with some onion curry leave and madras curry paste I got from tesco .

that all diner serve and we all can have diner Stephi try the curry she say yummy mum can I have some more , is not very hot I like it then Brandon saw it and he say look nice can I have some too , we all have the 2 dish one soup diner tonight , only Oliver have soup with fry rice .

First kiss is with very special personal who we meet at school , I was only 13 years old , he is a naughty boy in the school , don't know why fancy him so much ,,,kiss start when we need to stay back for school work and he kiss me at the classroom ,holy sugar ,,, the teacher walk pass and we get in trouble since then the teacher always keep an eyes on me and him , the bitch even say if she caught me one more time she will tell my mummy and dad , I am a very scatty cat ,,so we don't date at school we date at his place ,, but then this so call boyfriend friendship don't go far , he find himself another girl who work at his dad shop and got Marian too ...

THE FIRST TIME KISSING IS VERY * lum * THEN NOW ...... I think kiss don't really have time for that anymore .....ya ya I know I know I am very boring la .

ROAST PORK WITH ROAST NEW POTATO AND BOIL VEG WITH APPLE SAUCE AND BREAD SAUCE VERY TRADITION ENGLISH DINER ..................................................................... ABOVE IS MY DINER BELOW IS OLIVER DINER HE SAY HE NEED MORE MEAT ON HIM COS HE NEED TO GROWN BIGGER

we having the above diner yesterday when I back from work wonder wat we can eat and less cooking for me cos I am so tire .... then look into wat I have got there the pork , take it out rub with salt and olive oil and put in the oven for 220*c to cook for 1 hour then when the skin is really puff up brown then turn it low to 190*c then put in the new potato and add some olive oil onto it bake and get ready the veg when the veg cook keep those water from the veg to make the gravy for Oliver and I make my brad sauce with milk , easy meal it don't take long time to cook and I can suff on the net to kay poo every blog .

OLIVER FIRST DAY TO THE SECONDARY SCHOOL

TODAY IS THE DATE OF OLIVER START AT THE SECONDARY SCHOOL.

HE IS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GO TO THE VERY NEW SCHOOL SAME WITH STEPHANIE BUT SHE START TOMORROW, LOOK AT OLIVER HE IS A BIG BOY NOW HE WEAR A TIE TO SCHOOL , IT SUPPOSE TO COME WITH A BLAZE BUT A SILLY MUM HE HAD MISS THE SCHOOL UNIFORM PURCHASE DAY SO WE DIDN'T GET ONE UNTIL MONDAY i GOT TO GET A DAY OFF TO GET INTO THE SCHOOL TO GET IT BUT NEED TO ORDER SO HE GOT TO GO WITHOUT NOW BUT WILL GET IT ONCE HE AT SCHOOL TODAY , WILL BE SHOWING YOU ......WEN WEN YOU SON WITH A BLAZE LATED TONIGHT OK .....GOSH I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE IT MY SON IS GO TO THE BIG GIRL AND BOY SCHOOL, BUT HE IS STILL MY BABY ......................

NO Italian diner ....sunday have a cup of kopi or english tea with banana bread

Taglitelle in mince beef bolognese V Tagliatelle in creamy mushroom .

Tagliatelle in creamy mushroom with peas and spinach .

this diner I cook for those special diet kids at work , is really easy to make and there enjoy eating them too . use chop up mushroom , onion ,cook those mushroom and onion in olive oil add some pepper and when it lightly brown add in some plain flour make it into a smooth paste add in milk to make into a thick white sauce , tagliatelle put in boiling hot water and leave to stay for 20min add in peas and spinach and drain water mix with the white mushroom sauce .....waaaaala all done serve ...........

Tagliatelle with mince beef bolognese and spinach.

This meal I cook for kids are normally eat everything to anything no diet in need ........

use mince beef fry with lot of chop onion and 3 clove of garlic until all those mince light brown ,add in mushroom and one tin of chop tomato add in dry herb bay leave ,oregano , basil and marjoram add a table spoon of tom puree and leave it to cook for one hour ..........then when it nearly ready add in spinach not over cook the spinach salt and pepper to test . serve with cook tagliatelle and if you can put up wih grattugiato chees then top it up , as for me it's not my cup of tea I stay away from that ...........

Creamy Corn chicken with rice

Friday night got to go out with work mate so must cook something real fast and easy and kids will eat and also my hubby too so here Wat I have cook ........ P/S my fright have nothing so Just make use of wat I had

chicken one whole , chicken cube , one tin of creamy corn and some dry basil. SALT and pepper to test ...

cover it up with foil put in the over with 180* for one hour and 3o min .....boil some rice cook some carrot and peas to serve.................

waaaala .................diner serve ............
