so most f the day I just have boil veg with rice or potato

steam Tofu with veg

but My boys and hubby can't live without Meat

Here is a easy and fast way to get a meal

ready in less then a hour

ready make Yorkshire's pudding

potato first boil it for 15 min

then drain all the water out and add Olive oil in the pot

shake around in the pot then add into a over bake plate

and bake in the oven for 45 min

mean time you just put your feet up and relax

then when the potato nearly ready

steam the veg and then same time

pan fry your beef ready to server

Nasi lemah recipe

Recipe: Nasi Lemak

Ingredients:

Coconut Milk Steamed Rice

2 cups of rice
3 screwpine leaves (panda leave )
Salt to taste
1 small can of coconut milk (5.6 oz size)
Some water

Tamarind Juice

1 cup of water
Tamarind pulp (size of a small ping pong ball)

Sambal Ikan Bilis (Dried anchovies sambal)

1/2 red onion
1 cup ikan bilis (dried anchovies)
1 clove garlic
4 shallots
10 dried chillies
1 teaspoon of belacan (prawn paste)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of gula malaka (plum ugar )

Other ingredients

2 hard boiled eggs (cut into half)

1 small cucumber (cut into slices and then quartered)

Method:

Just like making steamed rice, rinse your rice and drain. Add the coconut milk, a pinch of salt, and some water. Add the pandan leaves into the rice and cook your rice.
Rinse the dried anchovies and drain the water. Fry the anchovies until they turn light brown and put aside.
Pound the prawn paste together with shallots, garlic, and deseeded dried chilies with a mortar and pestle. You can also grind them with a food processor.
Slice the red onion into rings.
Soak the tamarind pulp in water for 15 minutes. Squeeze the tamarind constantly to extract the flavor into the water. Drain the pulp and save the tamarind juice.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the spice paste until fragrant.
Add in the onion rings.
Add in the ikan bilis and stir well.
Add tamarind juice, salt, and sugar.
Simmer on low heat until the gravy thickens. Set aside.
Cut the cucumber into slices and then quartered into four small pieces.
Dish up the steamed coconut milk rice and pour some sambal ikan bilis on top of the rice.
Serve with cucumber slices, and hard-boil egg

This is a lazy dinner when you come back from work
so tire with all the walking and waiting for bus
last time in your mind is cook for the whole family Again
so here
is a simple disher to cook and in 30 min

ing
800g pack of mince pork
3 potato cut in small cube
3 fresh tomato cut in cube
one onion fine chop
2 carrot thin slices
one stick of celery fine chop
one tin of bake Bean

fry the onion til light brown
add in mince pork
fry still light brown
add in tomato carrot celery
add a table spoon of oyster sauce and small tsp of dark soy sauce
to fry then add in the cube potato
simmer for about 15 min add in the bake bean
boil rice get ready for the dish er
and fry 2 egg ready to serve
fast and easy for busy mum

make me smile ....

this one last for 3 mouths
flower had stay for very long

I got this below orchard
where it was on sale and look like dying
I bought it home
start to give her water and feed
until today it already more then 4mouths
it still keep blooming flower
i only pay for £3 :p

This orchard are very spacial to me
it bought by Stephi for my birthday last year
and becos all the feed and little water every 2 weeks
flower keep coming back to bloom never stop too :)

Leave all those beautiful orchard at the kitchen window

and bloom all the time

Stew Pork Trotter or Rib with tamarind pulp juice and chill

ingredients

serves 4

1.3 - 1.75 kg (3 1/2 - 4 lb) meaty pig's trotters or pork rib
15 ml (1 tbsp) tamarind pulp
150 ml (1/4 pt) water
15 red chillies, seeded (use red for good colour)
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 -4 medium-sized onions, peeled
120 ml (8 tbsp) olive oil

1 cm (1/2 in) fresh ginger, finely shredded
10 g (2 1/4 tsp) dark brown sugar
just under 600 ml (1 pt) water
salt
fresh coriander leaves or shredded spring onion to garnish

method

1. Ask the butcher to cut the trotters into chunky pieces through the bone or the pork rib .

2. Soak the tamarind pulp in the boiling water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out.
chilli pound with the garlic ginger and onion then fry in the oil

3. then turn the trotters or the rib in this mixture to coat them on all sides.

4. Add the soy sauces, tamarind juice, dark brown sugar or plum sugar or gula malaca

5. Add salt if necessary.

6. Cover and cook gently for at least 2 hours or until the pork is tender.

7. Cover and bake in an ovenproof casserole in a moderately hot oven 160C (325F) Gas 3 for an hour or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.

9. Serve scattered with fresh coriander leaves or spring onions and the reserved chilli, cut into rings and rice

relax and get ready for the test
also the same time try to catch up with all my
coffer morning girls friend
Evelyn is a very dear friend of mine
she was saying really miss Nasi lemah
same same from me too
so I say to her since is my holiday
I will cook some nasi lemah for her and family and myself too
so here is wat I cook first

Chicken curry
Penang style
ing:
one whole chicken cut into small peace
3 potato cut in cube then deep fry it ready to use
red chili 10
and
onion garlic few
balanchen 2 tsp
all put into blended into a paste
ready to fry with Olive oil
fry for 10 min
then
add one bag of penang paste extra
add in chicken fry for 10min
add in the potato cube
fry for another 10 min
cover to steam for 10 min
add in a tin of coconut
one diner done

my sambal dry prawn
ready to fry along with ikah perlis

and eat together with the coconut milk rice

thank god everyone enjoy every bit of this

also don't forget to boil some egg too

Today is my Driving test, I get up early in the morning take my calm pill and spray make sure
I calm enough to go for my test , I keep telling myself , I can do it , I will pass the test after all I have been driver for over 20 years , all my friend send me good luck wish and ect .. some of my friend even pray for me ....

went to the test center got lovely test men, his name NIGEL very lovely men , set off and all that time I am doing very well, I though I can do it , nearly finish at the cross road I didn't get to see the STOP sight though is a Giving road , fuck up I just stop a bit and creed to look no car , I went ....
so that is all screw up .... I get fail for this ...
I am so angry with myself , I hate myself so much .

SIMPLE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

IS REALLY SIMPLE TO MAKE

BANANA BOAT WITH CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM & Flake

Inge;
150g cocoa powder
150g caster sugar
100g soft brown sugar
350ml ski milk
600ml double cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract

with this recipe I use extra thick double cream

how do make ??
place cocoa powder and caster sugar soft brown sugar in a bowl stir to combine .
add in skin milk and whisk up until all the sugar and cocoa power dissolved
stir in the double cream and vanilla extract
cover tight and chill for 2 hours or over night
turn on the appliance
pour in the mixture into the freezer bowl
leave the ice cream to churn for 30 min
this will produce a soft ice cream
for firm ice cream
transfer to an air tight container and freezer for 2 hours

tips

if you like to have a chocolate chip ice cream just add in chocolate chip
10 min before the ice cream finish churn .

I add some chocolate chip in here

start to turn into ice cream

ready .... is still a bit soft

after 2 hours

FRESH STRAWBERY ADN RASPBERRY ICE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE INCE CREAM RECIPE

CUISINART ICE CREAM MAKER

Is the best thing I even get for myself
make time and life easy and make kids
happy can have ice cream anytime of the day or night

Fresh strawberry's and raspberry's ice cream
300g strawberry
300g raspberry's
one one freshly squeezed lemon juice
330g caster sugar
330ml smi milk
600ml double cream
1 1/2tsp vanilla extract

cut up all the strawberry then combine the raspberry
with the lemon juice and 110g of caster sugar
mix it together and stand in the bowl of lemon juice for 2 hours
to chill

then
mash up or puree all the berry
strain the berries reserving the berries juice

pour the milk and remaining sugar into a bowl and whisk until sugar dissolved
stir in the cream and add vanilla extract and bring to chill in the fridge for 2 hours or more

turn on the appliance on
pour the mixture into the ice cream maker freezer bowl
leave the ice cream mixture to churn
20/30min

this will produce asoft ice cream
for a firm ice cream transfer to an air tight container and place
in the freezer for 2/3 hours

It been a very long long time since I log in here to blog
I have been so busy with work ..looking after Aden ...
also busy helping my friend to visit DR ,help another friend buying house , arranger meeting with the bank for them which I get no commission :P
Run around for the pass 3 mouths like a headless chick, very tire .....

Also my Brother in law wedding in Poland ,we all must attend spend lot of £££ for that weekend

wonder is that call family holiday to us ????
well :( I do enjoy very much at the wedding after all BIL had pay lot of money for his wedding .

can't really say is a holiday for us , is not a place we dream to go for our holiday with kids .

Busy mouths start soon for us again
Chinese kids is coming for their summer camp holiday , will be having 3 again for the whole mouths of July and Aug ,
hope can earn some extra to pay off the repaid of our home , after living here for nearly 14 years everything is fulling apart .

can't really complain about this .. becos is life for everyone too :)
Hubby had been work very hard to work and do ll the repaid re deco the whole house .

But I still not sure about my life ................
sometime looking at all my friend enjoy their life with kids grown up and me still with a young baby at the age of 46 gosh ...Wat am I doing ?

Today, I have finally found peace, my inner peace.
Sad but true to say, for the past year, I am so sick, so tired, with myself, surroundings, sick with everything, sometimes I even hate myself so much, but I don't know why.
I am so in need to vent, to leash out all the negativite feelings that I have choked up,

2009 have passed and I haven't come to this blog to up date since oct 09, after my operation and rest for 2 months return to work , I am so busy with work , with Aden , house work and farming in face book * shame on me * I know . I am SO tire just no time for blogging any more .
New year 2010 had arrive .... I need to change myself for the better, for myself and my loved one, all I want is Peace and Harmony ... This is my New years Resolution for 2010 . I want to be Happy, I want to be Me!

I must be strong and not let ppl push me around. I don't like the feeling of being taken for granted, why? Because I am a human and I have feelings too, you know! well at work I will say *Yes * to everything just to keep the peace, ppl like to take it for a ride, with friend, if they need me, they will call me to babysit or baking or cooking for them or feed the cat when there go away for holiday, or just anything that needed to be help with, after that I will not see them or hear from them for weeks until there need my help again. Yes, I am hurt, very hurt and heartbroken, am I not that worthy? until people cannot just call to say hi when they don't need help? wat an Idiot I am .
2010 I wouldn't wantto be in this way anymore, I don't like it I will say a ....Big NO .....

One thing for sure ...... NO one will give a shit to my family, my family comes first, my loving hubby and 4 kids come first, they are my life. .... This year, all my energy will be focus on them. If they are happy I am happy, all 100% of me, my energy and my time will be for them, they desrved it..so sorry babes out there, no time for you all...especially those who keep on asking for help...again, I am only a human, and only one of me

Before this, I always get upset, heartbroken, dissappinted but I always keep it to myself. Now thinking back, why am I so stupid to suffer myself? When I am unhappy, makes my family unhappy too. Now, why I Bother and care wat ppl think of me anymore, the end of the day I don't ask them for help , they need me more than I need them?? Yes, words hurt especially untrue things said about me do hurt, so now I must also be strong for myself and ignore those hurtful words. I am a better person than that.

H*ll with people, H*ll with bullshits and talks and lectures that makes no sense. No point to be good all the time at the end of the day I am still the Black sheep, a black sheep who have so much more feelings than anyone. Whatever, I try to do or help still not good enough for everybody, so from now I just think of my very own family my 4 kids and my hubby ..... nobody else .

I know with this post, a lot of ppl will think that I am very selfish, but I have be a non selfish person for years, whenever anyone asked for help, I will never think twice and help them the best that I can. But when I am in trouble or ill or just need help, ppl just don't want to know and no one even bother just to ask * HOW ARE YOU ?
I am not even wanting to borrow money from anyone :P
All I wish sometimes is just a little care and concern from people. I need some loving too , you know afterall, I am just a human. Is that too much from me? huh?
Also I will never ask anyone for moneylar! I know
if I do ........ ahhahaha ....... every one will run without shoe will run with clogs :P

New Hair cut and clour

I can't really remember when is the last time I have my hair cut ......
I think about end of Jan 09 before I back to work .....since
but then I colour my hair regular and cut trem it myself just get a bottle from Tesco .
hate to call in the saloon need a week or so to book apoinment then
cost £££
second can't pay this much and get a bad hair cut

to the saloon it will cost me £60 well .....
mother of 4 ...... no way
plus every 8 to 10 weeks need to colour my hair if not I will look 55 years old
wooo you don't want to see my ugly face and hair .
But becos of my operation I can't do much not even can do lot of house work only light thing
colour hair myself it cost pain ....
so now more pair to pay out £30 for cut colour and blow dry not even wash probably
because is a mobile hairstyle cash in hand job is cheap cost I no money to sit in the saloon :P
don't think will go Beck to her again cos my blouse is all cover with black colour
is my new blouse
this cut and colour cost me more
lucky never plan to go back again

DIY is cheaper
Funny enough my babe sis JANice also got the nearly same hair cut too

in the night is full of ppl so we didn't stay very long
we went back the next day early in the mornign when not a lot of ppl
the view is really peacefull and NICE

is better to call STEINSSTOW then PADSTOW

EVERYWAY YOU GO U SEE his shop
and is not cheap
wat a redicular FISH AND CHIP .... a cheap meal
with the name of STEINS FISH AND CHIP
A BLOODY COD cost £9.90
when you go to a normaly F & Chip only cost £5.90

I think he must have had gold dust on all the fry fish :P
also I didn't go in to spend anything at his EMpire ... it just a ripoff

well !it will be a great family party cos Aunt Kathy and her family will come for this party

my little Aden had grown so much each day he change
he getting very cheeky and he know wat he want and wat he don't want
so smart

PUDDING
is yummy
so he will turn his face off when I give him diner and when he saw me give him pudding he will open his mouth.
gosh! there learn fast to be cheeky .

he got 4 teeth now
just start to sleep over the night but still need to have the night feed at 3 /4am
but good thing is I make the milk give it to him he will hold the bottle himself when finish he will through the bottle out and sleep until 7am get up ready to go to nursery .
one bad habit he got is he will pooo in the morning at 8 am , time when I getting ready to go to work
EVERYDAY ...:(
but every morning before I change clear nappy on him
I put him in the toilet he will do a weeee for me .
so I hope sooon he can do poo and wee on the toilet can save money on nappy :)

Every women dream .... A home is a women heart from one bedroom to 6 bedroom big home *if you lucky*
I think out there most of a couple work very hard for it.
Home is not only build by one personal Home is build up together .

WHY and WAT I am talking about ??
Yes ! Today I receive a text from some ONE ....
saying *I am pathetic I always make out as a Victim *
I have a lovey 4 bedroom home 4 gorgeous kids a husband that loves and provides for me and a family *Bend over backwards for me and I complain I am INVISIBLE .
she say .... *YOU ARE LUCKY!*
There are so many people that would kill to have that, she is trying the hardest to have a nice home and kids etc.......
so ... pearly just be thankful for what you have and stop try to find problem .

This make me very very up sad and cross ......@( .
I am very thankful wat I have , I also very THANKFUL wat my husband who always stand by me , support me when I need him he is there for me .
I also thankful that I have giving 4 good kids.
But I never think I am a victim .
I am piss off when some time .... lot of thing is make up by people around us , make our life problem , self invite themselves to our home bossy around us wat to do, telling us how to bring kids up ... * when she had non of her own * the best for our kids etc......
As a wive plus mother, I'm trying my best to give and understand my family but sometime women do have her moment doesn't mean a victim or feel sorry for myself , it does .... me and hubby long gone divorce but we still stay strong and together for the pass 15 years .
by her saying MY HUSBAND PROVIDES EVERYTHING FOR ME .....
I am sorry to say ........ HELLO DEAR our home sweet home is not only hubby work I also work my ass out , me and hubby work very hard *FOR OUR HOME* .
having a lovely home NOT ONLY the husband provides ONLY.
I non stop working after Brandon born been a cleaner in the morning and work in the restaurant during the evening, no help wat so ever from anyone from the family, becos everyone have their live,we can't sit and wait for help all the time, I never complain about this, also never expect help from anyone . my kids my family my problem deal with it .
so PLEASE don't give me the CRAP.
when my 3 KIDS young , hubby don't earn lot so when Bondon one mouth old ,I kick my ass out to work in the restaurant during evening 3/4 night a week to earn some money , so I can help to pay for the food weekly for the family , sleepless night with baby the next day still go to work .
Now with ADEN I kick my ass out to work early instant off for half a years to 9 mouths and GET THE LITTLE MONEY FROM benefit .becos I can earn more money by working early instant of sit my big ass at home WHO DON'T WISH TO PLAY BABY AT HOME , if we can !
sorry we can't at this moment in time .
This time I am lucky then I work at a place who give me 50 % discount on my childcare cost . if not I will be end up working night, so hubby can look after baby after work like we use to never see each other no weekend family out ............... .*JUST WORK FOR ME *
we wouldn't be able to pay for childcare cost with the full price .
BUT I also work hard to provides everything for our family .
so please my dear don't open the gob and tell me I should be greatful .
you want a home a nice home with kids ..... get your ass out to work harder not sit home and feel sorry for yourself and tell people how to run their life .
I am so PISS OFF and angry after read her text .
who she think ...... telling me like this ...

Hubby away to Holland for work ...
as for me I am having my one week holiday start from .....
next week but today I looking out the window
I can't stand all those Grass so long...
I went out to tidy so next week I can just chill in the garden and not bother

To Be honest I kind of enjoy cutting the grass ...
Now I know .. WHY MEN LIKE TO TELL THE WIVE ... I am going to tidy the garden
is kind of get out ...... from all those noise... wive and kids ..
I really feel this way when I 'm cutting the grass ,, I feel so peaceful and relax
the only thing in my mind is the motor running and I can only smell the lovely green grass not baby pooo and sick baby milk :P ,
it feel so nice
no baby crying no .... angry of the other 3 monkey not helping me with Aden ......
well ...
Today I really work very hard after I finish our back garden and I am going to do the front garden......
Guess ....? who offer help me to finish it the front garden ?

we all very poorly Especially Aden ........
He get the Flu Virus and tummy bug .... had a very high fever ... vomit out everything he eat and pooh ...... all the way ...
as for me I am having a flu and bad cough .....

will be back ......... when we all get better ..
we lost hope for Aden cough at the end we USE the chines herb for Baby ,,,, wow it help him stop the Flame a bit ... gosh ... some time chines herb does do the JOB after he had suffer the cough for 4 mouths since my friend pass on the flu to him .

YES ! DEVON ....... we love to go down to Devon
well long holidays break
we went to visit Mum and dad

meet up with all the brother and sister and little kids
I got to admit I do love Devon

he pick up some Daffodil give it to me he tell me he got no money to buy me gift SO he pick up some daffodil for me , hope I don''t mind , I told him , cos I don't is the thought court I tell him I know he had no money to buy is OK I love wat I get , then on the day mother day he give me chocolate and tell me he know I will think he give nothing hahah.:P but he did went out to get me something nice .

let me tell you WHY
on the day before mother day 22 of march 2009
he woke up early in the morning is sat around 10am he went out
on his own after breakfast , he tell me he got to go out to do some car wash .
I say OK .
around 11.am he come back with a small bunch of white lily is my fev flower
he give it to me and smile tell me is my early mother day gift , he just went and wash 2 car and get £5 so he can buy me some flower , I tell you my heart is so happy .....
then he also give me a card he make at school .is so lovely he tell me he wanted to buy me orchard which is my fev flower but he only get £5 and the shop selling Orchard is £21 . I tell him is OK I love lily too , I say to him I am very happy whatever he get me .
then he want out again for about 1 hour lated ............
He walk in with a bigger bunch of flower plus a small teddy and a big box of chocolate,
he tell me he went out to wash car and get pay £10 cos one of the car owner is so kind to him pay him £10 to just wash one car , he spend it all on me to get me more gift for mother day . I feel so love by my son , I tell you my heart .... I can't tell u How happy I feel .......

That mother day weekend , I am so busy is the last weekend I help my girlfriend to work in the restaurant, Henry ask me.. can I help on Friday sat and Sunday 3 days , I went home Derek say he would love to go out on Friday as a family for a family meal, it been a very long time since we went out as a whole family to restaurant .. so I call Henry and turn down the work on Friday .
I told hubby don't wast money on me on mother day have a lovely family meal out I am happy and to save money not to worry about gift, cos I don't want him to spend any cos he got to get his mum some flower on that day , also during mother day all those flower will be sky high .... also on Sunday *mother day* I am working .
SAT night I went to work and Stepha also went out to baby sit for my friend ENA , next thing is get a call from ENA she is poorly , need to admit to hospital , I told her not to worry I will pick her kids up after me finish work, at 11pm I finish my work and I rush to her home to pick up Stepha and her daughter bring them back to me , I look after her daughter over night and the next morning she call , she need some cloth ask me to get thing at her home , so I rush to her home to get thing for Ena bring to the hospital , at 12pm need to work at the restaurant ... gosh tell u is a very rush for me .....
I pick up some cloths from Ena home and bring back to my home cos need to pack her some food cos she is hungry arrive my driver .... I saw a big car drive up to me , a young boy jump out the car say to me ........ a delivering for Pearly xxxx .. I reply I am pearly
he say here some flower for you ...
My Jaw is drop......................... Who get me a big bunch of flower

is my hubby .....

HUBBY wasn't in when flower deliver

he is angry /worry becos he book the flower and I am running around for my Friend like a headless chicken and work , he worry I wouldn't be around when ppl deliver those flower but ..... thank god I was there .

Another loudsy week for me

well .... back to work already 2 weeks , the first week is killing me cos everything come up at the same time Aden got Chic pox then I find out I have not enough food to start my daily cooking on the first week becos my cover cook didn't order enough for me .
the next thing is my boss ask me to look into the food budges , again the cover cook over spend it and now in |REAL BIG RED .
I got to spend my home time to look at all the food price list and all the menu gosh ..... also all the sleepless night with Aden .
this week I get all the thing back to normal and my work is smooth Aden is getting better and pretty face had return thank god :P
then .... I got to work during weekend from Friday to Saturday night and Sunday afternoon . this week I don't have to work on Sat becos my MUM IN LAW come to visit us on Friday and on sat we all go to visit our big brother in law and his girlfriend .
well ... tell you want ... AGE is getting on to me ... I use to work few job lot of hour it don't make me tire ... now I tak boleh tahan anymore so tire .
On Friday first day return to work in the restaurant, Gosh ! all the walking and moving fast ect ...... by the night finish my feet is killing me, so tire and pain I can't get to sleep the whole night. so luck on sat I don't have to work if I do I die la. then on Sunday noon I went to work at 12pm until 4.30pm gosh my feet is so pain I come back I need to rub my feet with herb oil to stop the pain.
I need to help my friend to work in the restaurant for 4 weeks every Friday to Sunday ... I hope when I finish this 4 weeks I still a life :(

Monday .... 9Feb 2009 .
Aden first day to the Nursery with me , is heavy snow , my little noddy car is too small to drive around those thick snow .so hubby bring us to work and lucky no job for him afternoon all skol closed so my other 3 kids also stay at home with daddy .
Aden enjoy himself very much at the nursery everyone just give him lot of cuddle , then when I finish work hubby pick me up , then he say he is not happy Aden keep coughing must call DR . so we did , arrive DR and he check Aden and give him antibiotic I spot so,e pox around Aden . ask the Dr wat is this I haven't see this morning , Dr say is just a rash no worry ./
next day .... wake up early look at the window still very heavy snow and kids skol still closed hubby say will bring me to work and Aden . I change Aden and find more spot on him , still didn't get into me it may be chix pox ..

arrive to work drop off Aden in his baby room and next thing Helen Aden care nurse come into my kitchen say ... She think Aden had got Chic pox .....

I call around lucky my friend Ena say to me is OK she can help me in the morning she don't have to go in to work until 11am so ......
on Wednesday I drop of Aden to Ena at 7am and go in to work early so I can finish on time .

next thing I got a text from hubby ...... oliver walk with steph to the bus stop this morning and full down and hurt himself in lot of pain . hubby is in London he get worry when he got the text I am at work can't get out ... I call Ena get her to check out for me cos hubby ask 2 kids to walk home not to go to skol .
Ena call me and say Oliy is ok now no worry she Will have them too . THANK GOD
so I just got to do my job as fast as I can .
I didn't get finish work until 12.30pm
then the next day ......
Aden still can't get into work with me I am really stuck ...!
HOLY shhhhh
Lucky Evelyn say she don't mind can have Aden for me so I wait until 8.30am drop off Aden to Evelyn and go into work until 3pm .
then I say to my boss I can't find any one on Friday to have Aden he got to come in with me to work . boss say ok thank god cos I really can't find anyone .. we don't have family stay around us, also there wouldn't come even we do ask .

....... ..... Stephanie suppose to come back from her Spain holiday today but snow is getting very Bad and lot of Airport closed and her flight had been cancel . there no flight for from Santiago tomorrow until Wednesday unless there add extra flight for tomorrow ...
so First time holiday away from us she had the flight cancel and stay another 2 more day :P

CAN'T SLEEP ........

Well Is 4.30am in the morning now ,I wake up at 3 am and start to do house work put up the laundry and check on Aden , then try to get back to sleep but just can't get to sleep . my heard is full of thing , so many thing happen to me with my family my sister and my self problem ect ..............,

Also after next week will be back to work and been off for few mouths, I get worry I can't coupe with baby and work and more work , cos by the end of Feb, I also got to help one of my girl friend *who going back to Malaysia for holiday * work for 4 night a week at the restaurant , I am worry I can't work as good as wat I use to be and also now a day I get tire all the time , plus lost lot of weight after give birth to Aden I am now 53 kg , Before I pregnant I was 58kg ,lost the mood of eating too same day I only eat one meal a day , food go into my mouths I just feel I want to sick out , some night I just wake up and can't get back to sleep like now , lot of thing on my mind , lot of thinking to do ......

House is a bit empty today , cos steph went away to Spain with her Grand NANA and aunt JO and aunt Suzie for weekend holiday , this is her first time go away as a big girl without us , she send me a text and tell me ,she safely arrive and she enjoy for the shopping trip and she love the Spanish ppl life style she also say Spanish's have good test of their cloth , I do hope she enjoy and will learn lot on this trip to grown up a bit too.
this trip is a treat from her NANA to her , kind of miss her a bit without her around , do feel a bit different when she is not around .
Gosh! only One day she's away , she and JO leave home yesterday at 4 am in the morning, Derek bring them to the airport at 4 am and went to work , is a very long day for Derek too , he's out from 4 am and return at 7pm , I am so worry he will over tire and fall a sleep on the road when he driving, it happen before a few time , it really WORRY ME in big time EVERY TIME HE COME BACK AND TELL ME ...... *HE FULL A SLEEP* .

Now .... I am lost .....I don't know wat I want to write , I have so many to write when I lye in bed but when I get up now I don't know wat to write .

Aden now can turn and he getting very cheeky too , when I angry with him he know also he will return a cheeky smile back to me , time really go fast , he already 5 mouths plus .

I don't know wat to write now , I think is time to get back to bed try to sleep if I can .

STORY ABOUT THIS CASTER
Warwick Castle was built on the orders of William the Conqueror in 1068 as part of a defensive chain of castles established to maintain power in his new territories. It is possible that some kind of defensive structure existed on the site in the early tenth century or before belonging to Ethelfleda, the daughter of Alfred the Great, The castle has been remodelled and strengthened over the years to the point we see it today. Easy make .......... Mango Meringue

This Low fat DESSERTS
Very easy to make and only take you an hour
you need

3 egg white
6oz / 1 cup of caster sugar
1 tsp of malt vinegar
1tsp of cornflour

topping
mango whole chop into small cube
1tin of whip cream 300ml
300ml of any yogurt "option"
I use below Dr Oetker mango and passion fruit papaya
cos I just had this for my breakfast .

Pre heart oven 160*/325f /gas3
non stick baking paper on a baking tray

then
whisk egg white in a clear grease free bowl until stiff
add caster sugar in 1tbsp each time whisk well
until the bowl can turn it up side down and egg white still can stay in the bowl
then addin the vinegar and cornflour and fold in well

then
Spoon the meringue into the baking paper , circle it also leaving the center hollow
and bake for around 45 min to an hour
turn off the oven left meringue to stay in the oven
with the oven door slightly open until it cold

then
you cut the mango into cube
add in yogurt
whip the whip cream into soft stiff
bring out the meringue
and add in mango and whip cream
wooooo la
here you got a lovely yummy pudding for the night:)

it goes well
all gone now
kids just love it
it easy to make and low in fat
have try

little one had enjoy his first xmas with his brother and sister

we had it on the day then even we use the bone and leave over to make a
turkey soup
on boxing day
we had visitor come
is JO and josh
come for visit I use the leave over roast beef to make a curry
and turkey meat to cook noddle to make a meal
but still have lot of turkey left
yesterday I use up the froze up turkey to make
asam padan turkey curry :P
well
after all those turkey meal we had
we smell like a turkey now:P

Christmas eve is a very busy day for me and the whole family
wake up early in the morning rush up to tesco to get
our turkey , beef and gammon
well very lucky we went in early there only 18 turkey left

VIRUS FLU ....... ONE AFTER ANOTHER .......

SO SORRY I didn't get to reply to each of my dear friend flu had catch up with my family.
Aden got it then Brandon having high fever and now cough ,
Aden a bit better can take in more milk but still cough badly and sometime vomit out all the milk .
Brandon have 2 days high fever and recover and go back to school yesterday .
he had a skol party yesterday ,
he don't know he went to school at 8.15am and return in 10 min and tell me I got to bake mini cup cake cos is skol party so .....:(
yesterday is my terrible day sleepless night then got up 7am, becos Aden now a day wanted to watch tv when he wake in the morning, bring him down to the living room so he can join his brother to watch tv .
all gone to skol and I start to bake cake at 9am and finish by 10am and get ready to brign all those cup to skol for Brandon party .
then when steph came back from skol she tell me she is not well too !

Poor Aden he been wake every 2 hour and cry and cry
cos his noise is block and cough
can't get milk in cos he can't take it with a block noise
so I give him 2oz every 2hour
have sleepless night and need to sleep in the living room with him cos I would n't want to wake up hubby
cos his work got to drive long hour so let him have his rest
me and Aden sleep in the living room and I got to cuddle him
to sleep up right so he can breath in better .
his flu is all thank to one of my Freaking friend who herself is a NURSE holy f$£&*(&&^
we have a coffer morning last Wednesday at my best pal home ,, this friend is my best pal girlfriend she is poorly with a very bad flu virus and her daughter too .
there both come it and I a bit stay away cos I really don't want Aden to get the flu but she insist to give Aden a cuddle , I am LIKE this :@
I just pray and hope Aden wouldn't get the virus

I have been baking Panda chiffon cake all the time
and thought kid love chocolate so much give a try not to use panda and use coco powder
so here my Chocolate chiffon cake .
as result .........

OLIVER say ..... He think this cake is Better than panda but if I add strawberry
to make a Panda strawberry creamy chiffon cake then that is the BEST for his taste.

BRANDON say ...... He think the PANDA Chiffon still the Best , he love the taste of the green .
well .....

I give you the recipe you give a try
wat u like the most !

the ingredient of mine is to bake 2 chiffon cake as the above side of the cake .

Ingredient : A
10 egg york
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of self rising flour
2 tbsp of coco power add into the flour to make it to one cup and *sifted* ready to use .

Ingredient :B
10 egg White
1 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar
1/2 cup of sugar

Method
whisk egg white into soft peak add the sugar in slowly then add in the cream of tartar
and whisk until stiff when u turn the bowl up side down and the egg white don't full down .
then whisk all the ingredient A in another bowl
and
fold ingredient A into the egg white
make sure it all fold in well
Bake in the oven for 160 *
gas mark 4
for 35 /40 min

the above ingredient is to make 2 cake as above !

finish with
melt milk chocolate and apply on the top of the chiffon cake
serve with cup of coffer or English tea !

I don't know why ? boring ? Yes I do feel so bore and lazy and hate to do anything other then babysit this little one .........
I know I should go out walk or visit friend but I don't know wat is going on with me
I just feel so tire and don't wat to do anything , even I had promise to see my friend had coffer with them but
I will make some reason not to go , the only thing I do everyday nearly the same

Breastfeeding , bath Aden watch TV , cook diner , cleaning the house
weekend or evening bake some cake for my 3 kids
cos they love cake buy is too expensive
especially now a day the food cost so high
I just order my grocery yesterday from Tesco and will deliver today
it cost me £165 that normally is will only cost me £100
everything seem to go up and up and not down .
ppl around us is worry to get lay out from work !
is soooo depress every way

wat have I done to myself but when I look at this little baby boy

Since Aden born I haven't been out the house alone with him much .
also I just feel my life is no longer mine anymore
I don't have time for myself even eat ...
I use to bake and cook so much now I just so lazy and not bother at all
I will wait until the last min only go to the kitchen to do a fast and easy dish ,
also I get so angry all the time , life just no life I feel all the time , even when I wake up in the morning I so wish to go out to walk around the shop ....
but
when I think of all the trouble I got to do to pack baby thing milk car set etc ....
holy I rather to stay at home and not go anyway ,I get so angry when I see my house a big mess
after I just clear up in the afternoon be4 kids come back from skol ,just feel angry and tire all the time ,I sooo wish I don't have to go throughout all
Especially every night got to have a go at steph ...and angry with her in big time
she is getting to be a BITCH everyday ,
she will go on the net all the time and when we say something to her ,she will talk back that make me so cross ..... someday I just feel like walk out the house and never turn back , I am so useless can't control my kids wat the point to be here !

becos there love it so much and....... to get take away from Chinese restaurant or eat in the restaurant
it cost hell lot just for 1/4 duck with 6 pan cake ..gosh .
it cost £8
I can buy a whole duck for £7 and cook it to feed the whole family
but ... kkekek
I cook it and ..... for sale ...
SO .....my kids can eat for free and I can make money with this too .
long story .. ...
I have my own catering business , be4 I preg with Aden I run a Private cater to private home party
I will go to their home to set up like a restaurant meal for 2 to 12 ppl
a full set of Chinese meal or a buffer party with 50 , there do pay me in good money , my call out feed is £150 to £200
not incl the food , those rich ppl wouldn't mind at all , after the meal there love it.
there ask me to make them my crispy duck .
my duck is pretty fat free compare with the restaurant there deep fry it ,so take the order and Cook it freeze it and sale it .
whatever I make my kids get to eat free , is lot of work involve , but ...... is worst it when I see my kids enjoy the food and I can earn some extra it does make me ....SMILE !

.yesterday I am very busy helping my friend baking cake for her cake stall and also help her to make benoffer pie for coffer to raise money for the *MARIE CURIE CANCER*
for this morning coffer morning
after all those busy hour we been baking and I have no time to cook diner for my kids and hubby then I remember Brandon on and on about haven't had crispy duck for long time .
so I bring it out from the freeze and put it in the oven to bake it for 45min ..
wooola
here come the crispy duck I also have pan cake in my freeze but I run out my sauce so I make IT fast and here serve . the duck , it suppose with spring onion and cucumber but ..... I run out of it
so I use ice berg salad instead

kids had no complain they pig it all ,
the whole duck and my friend and her son too !

I try to order some pig leg from the Chinese supermarket but turn out there don't have any ...
so I thought holy I love to eat this wat to do now ...
then
I call up one of my pal , who a chef at restaurant ask him can he order for me
he say no problem ... thank you so much AH HAN .
he is so kind not only order for me and clear up all those hair and wash and chop up into small piece for me so I can easy just cook it up .
he bring me a big box .
so I keep cooking and sharing around with my friend who live around me ..;0

I feel so sorry for him the pass few day
he been poorly and we end up on last Friday got to bring him to the hospital ward to have a check on him
thank god ...... Dr say he is fine and we don't have to stay in the hospital
he off food and cry a lot .. end up is he had flu virus from his sis steph
this morning midwife come and weight him and say he is fine and he grown well too !

Having a chat with sue , she say will be going to have NASI LEMAH this weekend with her friend ..........mmmmmm mmm yummy , it been a long time since I had it .
the last time I had is when Aunty penny here and we went to the Malaysian restraint.

it only take me about one hours .....

I am so enough now ........ on Monday I say to Derek I am so wish to give myself a C-section to get ADEN out from me tummy ......... GOSH ! that is real BAD .

every night after 9pm tummy so blow up like a balloon just feel like t* Die better then a live *
I never feel this way with my 3 monkey or may be I forgot already so many years or I am so busy with looking after the kids and home and cook and ect ..... I don't even feel the pain ........

Now ...... I have nothing to do at home only rest ...... I feel so miserable or becos ....... old age preg?????

I can't complain lot ...... I should be glad that I am so lucky now a day , kids will help me and Derek will help ,I think about SASHA and my SIS JANICE in Malaysia, got to work up to give birth, same time daily need to look after young kids plus work the whole day, from 9am to 6pm back home , keep house clear and cook and look after ERVIN JAYDEN , if kids sick there got to wake up the whole night .
sometime I do wish our Chinese MEN..... Hubby can be a bit helpful it does help a lot .
in the west.....HUBBY will help a lot to the wive , not only earn the money and that it , cos I think as a hubby and wive we must understand more ABOUT EACH OTHER NEED .

Not that I am not worry ..... with this Baby ..... I am dam worry in big time.
worry I can't cope it, once he get out .... WHY ????
cost I feel like I dig myself a great big grave after so many years freedom and look wat I have done to myself .

So sorry it been a very long time since I write post
everyday I only be able to sit for 45 min the most to read blog post .
kay poh here and there, read post of my 2 sis and baby .
Then the whole day I will be in bed or sit around
do nothing ,
also be a moody cow
also same time Nesting too .......just like SASHA,
the only thing good is when I start to do house work .......
I been stop by my hubby or my kids , there will do it for me ,
cos DR say I can't do any heavy
duty especially hooves the home ,so I will be stand there telling them wat I want them to do

she ask me wat I am doing today ......as normal I have nothing to do even I wanted to do I can't do much , but do hope to get out the house for a bit cos been in for week and so bore have ask Derek to bring me to the market to get some fresh fruit and veg cos I really run out .
Then I ask sue so is Bank holiday weekend wat she up to she say Nothing too , then she say could come down to visit YOU ...
I say yeah that OK with me cos we normal have nothing to do anyway , I though she going to visit on Sunday then she say NO is today SAT ....
I ask Derek is that ok he say well Nothing much we do anyway just go to tesco instant of town
that it SUE is coming for a visit with her family and I got to prepare some light lunch ...
I wonder wat can I do for lunch ,,,,,,,,,

I think the fast and easy way for me is to cook something I know the Best ...

Derek been shopping and got lot of strawberry and no one been eating them so ........
I try to bake a PANDAN CHIFFON .

PANDAN cake come out a little GREEN :( I know
I accident add too much pandan on it .......
but it turn out not bad cos oliver say is test good .

I mix the strawberry with whipping cream and apply it on to laying it

it look like this .... yes ..I know look horrible Shame on myself la .

then I apply anothere layer of whipp cream on the top and add more strawberry ..

it turn out ok la ...for a preg women staying at home nothing to do .. sleep whole day and wake whole night ,, kids on holiday and there love chiffon cake so ... mummy just use 1 hours and make them..... cake
kids happy mummy also happy for them :)

yesterday Sunday is a day there stay with us there are lovely kids and love to visit around England and there only stay with us for 10 days , also we have a lovely sunny day so Derek say bring them out for a visit after all we havn't been back to Stratford-Upon-Avon for a very long time we went there on our 10 years wedding anniversary , we supose to stay over night there but when we fine out we got to pay £200 per night for the Hotel ....... we jut have a afternoon there and we went to othere place for a night stay ..:)
yesterday return we find out more about shakespeare .... and his family ..... tree ...
